Where the products come from

The items listed here are genuine merchandise purchased by us from the official Perfect World Esports store and resold to customers in the Philippines. We are not the manufacturer. Product photography originates from the manufacturer's own listings and remains their property.

Pricing, shipping and availability

Prices are set by us and are not the manufacturer's recommended price. Because stock is sourced from China, orders pass through a forwarder, an international shipping leg and Philippine customs before delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, courier delays and supplier stock.

Import duties and taxes

Where duties, taxes or customs charges apply to an order, responsibility for them is as set out at checkout or as agreed with you directly. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Payments

Payment is taken by QR transfer and confirmed by hand against the reference number and screenshot you provide. We are not a payment processor and do not store card details.
